Delivery Policy for Non-Local Furniture purchases via on-line / call-in order
We can provide quoting and scheduling of a delivery service to your home or business anywhere in the United States. We ask our customers to open and inspect all product immediately upon arrival. Any box or product damage must be photographed and noted on the driver’s papers at time of delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately to Hausful or within 3 days from the date of receipt, after this time Hausful is no longer responsible for the order.
If an order is refused due to damages upon delivery, please contact Hausful to notify us of the refusal so that we can proactively address any replacements that are needed. At that time also provide photographs and any additional information you observe.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check in all merchandise once it is received to verify counts and report any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Hausful is happy to facilitate replacements and miss-ships, but after (14) days from the original delivery we can no longer be responsible for merchandise shortages or unreported damages.
All common carrier deliveries (LTL and Freight) are subject to curb side delivery. Any additional requirements, such as inside delivery, lift gate needed, delivery appointment or limited access must be discussed and requested with our team before an order has shipped, and may result in additional fees. If White Glove Service is needed, this is outsourced through 3rd party vendors and will require additional charges. If you are unable to accept an original delivery, a redelivery fee will be applied in order to resend your merchandise. If an order is refused, the order will be shipped back to our warehouse and will result in additional charges and processing fees. There will be additional charges for a change of address.
Delivery Time for In-Stock Items
In-stock items can be delivered locally within 7 – 10 days of purchase date. Please be diligent in your selections and utilize our expert service before deciding on an item. Return or Exchange of an item is only allowable if the item is not unboxed or assembled, and Hausful has received your request within 14 days of delivery date.
Warehouse Pick Up for In-Stock Items
In-stock items can be picked up locally at the Hausful Warehouse within 2-4 days of purchase date. Please be diligent in your selections and utilize our expert service before deciding on an item. Return or Exchange of an item is only allowable if the item has not been unboxed or assembled, and Hausful has received your request within 14 days of pick-up date.
